The top gun colleges would be expected to, and do, charge higher fees because of the goodwill attached to their name. Is it possible to get a degree online?
The quick answer is "no". Having said that there is provision for online participation in adding to the teaching of culinary couse subjects but as you would be aware there are many hands on practical requirements to this type of profession. It is virtually impossible to convey the aroma of a certain food or more distinctly, how can a student see feel and hear the heart of this subject over the internet. Yes some parts are suitable but mostly it is not encouraged.
